I am a firm believer that you need to have a core of education-I've studied in my off hours for about 300+ hours, traveled to our host agency for a week long training class, we performed a cruise ship inspection and I have attended more online webinars. I will ALWAYS continue my education, because everyday this industry changes with offers and favored destinations! Who knows I may try a seminar at sea on a 7 night cruise!! (there are perks to this job)
